"Our stay was amazing five stars. The front desk lady was very friendly when we checked in making sure we had everything we needed l. The room was very clean and nice. Breakfast selection was great, the area was clean and organized. We hung out in the lobby several times and each time the front desk person made conversation and was very polite. This is the first time in a long time that we’ve been extremely stratified with our stay. It’s also very close the Lackland Air Force Base. "

"The hotel staff was nice. The breakfast food was good, not many options to choose from, though. The toilet and the bathtub had a lot of stains, they need to be replaced, it made it look dirty but they were just old. Some towels also had stains. "

"This location is about ten minutes from family so great. It was pretty quiet and I slept well. Parking can be an issue as they are updating portions of the hotel so there are shipping containers where cars may be. And there's only one elevator so you need to be patient on it. The staff was great. Convenient to food and shopping. "

"We like the convenience of the dining area but had a problem with the bath tub it was very slippery and unsafe and the water pressure was very low it was hard to wash the soap off you body."
