The resort is easy to find and there is plenty of parking onsite. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast, although somewhat basic, is quite good and the menu is in English. The night manager greeted us like we were thieves. We told him (my Thai g/f) we wanted to check in. I gave him my passport and reservation booking number. He stood there asking for money. I told him and showed him i had paid. Just go look it up to see my booking # and information. Did he go to the office... no...he kept saying he...

"Basic is ok sometimes but this was very very basic. No fridge, kettle, cutlery. Everything in the bathroom leaked and kept us awake. The parking lot was a pile of stones."

"Khun Tao and her staff were very friendly. The hotel has a family customer service environment. Rooms were clean and even though room didn’t have a microwave. The staff was more than helpful to heat your food. On first night there staff ordered food for me, went above and beyond to accommodate my hunger :-)"
