"Really nice place, bar was open late, rooms were clean and well presented, could with another toilet at either end of the hall/floor for sharing between rooms. Noisy at the weekend but overall good value for money and would stay again."

"The room was super tiny, the heating isn't really heating either, I am not sure what to classify it as. It also sucks that you cannot refrigerate anything because it just contributes to food waste and is not very environmentally friendly in that way. There was also a random bunk bed in the room. I mean for the price I guess its okay but I feel like we've really dropped the bar on what to expect from hotels even minimally."

"It was exactly what we needed for a student stay. Clean safe and fully featured."

"The friendliest people in the world down in the pub"

"Clean comfy room, good breakfast, lots of choice."

"The guy at the reception counter was incredibly nice - he helped me out with the wifi situation. The wifi wasn't working for a couple of days and I had to use my data (boo) but that's not their fault - I just took it up w/ IT. The rooms were nice and felt secure as a student travelling abroad. It was close to downtown which was a perk - everything was within walking distance. I'd definitely recommend this place to future student travelers."

"Everything fine. No problems."

"Delux room with Loch views was amazing. Comfortable bed and linens. Well kept furnishings. Enjoyed the window facing chairs for hours of counting waves. Very walkable to town. I was without a car. Flat walk to shops and restaurants."

"After an issue with VRBO, we were given this hotel as an alternative accommodation. It was extremely expensive for what is essentially a very cheap, outdated, and poorly maintained hotel. We were given a room for four people with two small beds, and we could barely sleep. All we wanted was to get through the night and leave as quickly as possible. It is disgraceful that VRBO would offer such a hotel as an alternative, especially at such an inflated price. This experience was completely...

"Beware... there are multiple Glasgow City Centre Premier Inns. We initially went to the wrong one, in part because Hotels.com kept telling me about the others after I had booked and I clicked on the wrong link for the directions. That error cost me £5 in the car park for about 10 minutes. When we arrived check in was slow as none of the automated check in machines were working and one poor chap was trying to deal with an influx of guests. Also, if you plan to use the carpark (Q-Park across the...

"Good location and helpful location for the commonwealth games"

"Delightful. The hostess goes out of her way to assist walkers. Little things, like putting transferred luggage into guests’ rooms, mean such a lot at the end of a long day’s walking. Delicious scones on arrival and very nice breakfast. Lots of tips for the West Highland Way."

"Very impressive"
