"There was a lot of messages to read and i found the automated "virtual" check in and check out a bit clunky and unintuitive. I had to phone recepgion for help with both processes. I prechecked in and wojld have benefitted from a confirmation stating my key would be waiting. Coffee machine but no coffee. Post the WiFi and password more prominently"

"Lovely room with all the facilities you'll need. Really liked the location and a big thank you to Gael the host, for her help. Thoroughly recommend it."
