"Room we were initially put in had an awful sewage smell. We left it to go eat to see if it would air out but then asked for a change when we got back and found it was not resolved. Thankfully the front desk staff made this process easy. P
The mattress is the least comfortable I've ever experienced and the rooms were quite warm even with the outside temperature being cold. We had to leave the window open as a result which meant you could hear all of the seagulls of cork screaming along with...

"A great stay! The rooms were great, the service too! We did a daytip to Jerpoint prior to arrival and to Ardmore the next day. Everything was perfect"

"Great location for dining, shopping, entertainment and bus station. The room was comfortable enough but needed a good clean. Mould in the bathroom, dirty carpets that hadn't seen a vacuum for a long while (there was visible rubbish and bits and pieces on the floor). Very expensive for what was a low budget experience. "

"Very good place to stay. Staff excellent - very helpful. 24 hour reception so very safe. Great location - a 12 minute walk to the Grand Parade. Room very clean and well presented it wams a bigger than other student accommodation i have stayed at in the uk. Very reasonably priced."

"Lynnwood House is a charming 200 year old house! Our room was spacious, with great sea views. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was large, with a fantastic shower. Electric outlets were on both sides on the bed. We got a delicious breakfast of hot croissant and yogurt with homemade granola. This was a surprise, and a great way to start the day. Both Peter and Finn were lovely hosts. Always friendly and responsive and helpful! We hope to return!"
