"The location was perfect. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The downside was that the ceiling fan and lights in our room did not work, and the bedding was too small for the bed. The top sheet and comforter were not wide enough to cover two people."

"Great spot by the train station. Room small but nice and clean for the 3 of us. Aircon was great in the heat when we stayed. Staff extra helpful. Cooking facilities were great and not too crowded at meal time. Breakfast in the nearby shared hotel was excellent.. kept us going for the day. Would stay here again. We were 1 adult and a 12 and a 14 year old (girls). Highly recommend."

"It was a 3 minute walk from the train station, but was a very quiet and nice location. The free funicular from the train station dropped us right into the center of town in 3 minutes where shopping, dining and the lake were very accessible. "

"As others have stated in their reviews this hotel is under construction and not finished. So be prepared for no parking, loud construction starting at 8am. Construction debris everywhere that my wife tripped on. When i called to ask for my pass code to get in the hotel the hotel representative was very rude, when i asked about parking he stated i was supposed to pay ahead of time, that wasn't an option. He suggested i pay the property manager, however there wasn't one when ask for the passcode...

"Esperienza consigliata, lo staff è stato molto cordiale e disponibile… A Mendrisio per lavoro ci vado spesso, l’albergo è molto comodo alla stazione, cosa che ho sfruttato per recarmi in centro. Ma anche per una semplice camminata al lago. Credo da come sto scrivendo si capisca la bella esperienza che ho passato ed infatti ho lasciato 5 stelle su 5."

"It was a cute property. Staff was business like. Room was clean and comfortable. Garden is pleasant. My only complaint is if you do not have a car, this place can be quite inconvenient to be in as there are many stairs to get into town"

"Nice little property. The rooms were spacious but a little hot and humid even with fans. The staff were wonderful and nice. The breakfast was yummy and filling. The walk back up from the main strip is a little rough (mostly uphill) so make sure to taxi yourself if you got bags to carry. Overall a nice experience."
