"1-No room service during a 5 night stay except when I asked the front desk how often they cleaned rooms and their response was "every day"...so the room was cleaned only 1 of 5 nights. 2- Internet spotty and unreliable...it would cut out every night and required a call to the front desk to complain. 3- No coffee pod refills bcz they failed to clean room daily and replenish coffee pods. 4- Towel shortage. Only one fraying towel was issued. I had to ask for add'l towels since they didn't clean...

"Parking was very secure. The area is far enough off the highway to be nice and quiet. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful."
