"Room and bathroom were clean but slightly dated (cupboard didn’t match rest) but it was roomy. No aircon which I understand in the oldest part of hotel but not in the newer where I was. The downstairs was lovely old Spanish style as was the front. Pool is tiny so don’t expect to do laps but nice seating area up there. Breakfast was buffet style with a good variety of hot and cold. Staff were friendly and the reception staff spoke good English. The WIFI is good in reception and reasonable in...
"The most beautiful hostel I have ever been. So much magic, art and love. The owner is very friendly and helpful with everything you need. Also it's very clean and has everything what you need, from soap to towels, hairdryer, nail clipper and also in the kitchen you can find the basics like coffee and tea. In my room the bed was also very comfy, what I think is super important. I can totally recommend the hostel and will book it again."
"NO VAYAS A ESTE SITIO! ⚠️
"The staff were very nice. The bathrooms weren’t fully functioning (cold water, plugged drain, no inner shower curtain and outer curtain covered in mold). Towels were clean but noticeably old and tattered. On the fourth floor without elevator access so don’t plan on bringing any large bags. No hand towels. Overall clean."
"A good apartment and a comfortable base for exploring Santa Cruz. The Wi-Fi was good, and there were plenty of bars, restaurants and places to eat nearby.
A couple of things worth mentioning: the apartment is on the fourth floor with no lift, so be prepared for the stairs. Parking directly outside is also quite limited, although we managed to find spaces a few streets away.
Overall, a good stay and a convenient location for exploring the area."
