"Check-in was poor. Took 30 mins of waiting as they don't allow for check-in before 3pm, but only had 1 person checking people in.
The tap in the bathroom sink make any sense - the water can't make it into the sink unless you switch it on full blast"
"Booked mainly for the benefit of the location, with easy access to the surrounding area and train station. Our room featured a large floor-to-ceiling window without blackout curtains, so a lot of external light crept into the room. Sadly, our room smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke despite requesting a non-smoking room. Our air conditioner also leaked water. Only one plug outlet was located in our very small room. If we had brought larger cases, we would have really struggled to move around....
"The wifi was weak. At one pointnin the night which is when we needed the wifi most, the connection was down. The hairdryer only works for a minute and have to wait another 10 mins to use for another minute. Takes forever to dry hair. The hotel has not been renovated since taken over by Hako from Bello. Pillow had a smell and way to soft to sleep on. The bed not comfortable at all. And after telling the staff about the hairdryer, nothing was done. Towel had stains."
"We arrived at night and there were alot of insects at the lobby. The bedsheets were stained and the toilet bowl was leaking. We informed the front desk and the guy was helpful in trying to fix the leak but he wasn't able to and offered us a change of room. We had a look at the second room and something was not working (I forgot what) and we told the guy we will just stay put at the first room and he helped change the stained sheets.
Recommended for location but do not expect anything else."
"A wonderful stay, King size room is spacious, big bed, bathroom is clean with bathtub too, room soundproof is acceptable, room design is modern, front desk staffs are helpful and friendly.
Lots of food choices and foot massage services in the surrounding area, short car ride to Mid Valley and KSL mall.
