"The staff was kind, pleasantly polite"

"Room was gross and terrible"

"John S was so kind.. I was shaken when i arrived from another hotel that the room was not only clean nor made up but looked like a heroin den.. John S was so kind and calmed me down and gave me a great clean room.. thank you"

"Quick and easy check in. Lady up front was super friendly. Clean room and bathroom. It is a busy road so you will hear traffic in the morning but other than that we will stay here again. We traveled to Salem on a Sunday afternoon and travel time was about 30 mins."

"The grounds were clean, rooms clean, superior breakfast. The only incident we had was a toothless woman next door that kept trying to get in our room and open the door. We called the front desk and they deescalated the situation and moved us to another room and floor as we were sharing an interior door with her. If I had been management, she would have been immediately kicked out of the hotel for bothering guests. We were tired and flight weary and just wanted quiet and rest.."

"Clean room, staff was wonderful"
