"Wonderful staff, clean rooms"

"Do not book this hotel. Disgustingly dirty room, no power cord on tv, no remote, no cord on phone. Live wires exposed in the wall, filthy air conditioner, terrible internet. Staff was useless. My wireless speed reading was less than half of one mbps. Useless. People standing in the hallway drinking and talking loudly after 10 at night. Quite possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Nope, definitely the worst. Beware!"

"The staff was very nice. The first time I stayed I booked through another site. There was no heat in that unit...at the end of October. BRRRRR. This time the accommodations were fine. We almost cooked ourselves out of the room. It's not a 5 star hotel but if you're looking for a clean, pet friendly, convenient place to stay, close to restaurants and a high quality grocery chain, this is the place. I wish more hotels were set up like this one."

"very good"

"WAS NOT INFORMED OF ADDITIONAL; CHARGES ADDED TO MY CREDIT CARD WAS VERY UNHAPPY WHEN I DISCOVERED THESE No wonder the Hotel didn't give me a receipt upon check out I WILL NEVER USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Very friendly people nice rooms good service if you’re trying to stay near the college best bang 4 ur buck ."

"The owner's son at the front desk,Ray was excellent!"

"It was easy to get to and most helpful staff"

"Handed the keys immediately back at check in and booked another hotel after the person at the desk told us to leave NOTHING in the car and advised to not park in the parking garage as there are no cameras. As well, check in is on the 3rd floor and then elevators are out of service. According to another review on here, it looks like the elevators have been out of service since July. "
