"Everything about this property was great, it just needs a little work when it comes to the air conditioning. Spacious rooms, everything was impeccable, and amazing customer service. I loved every interaction with the people that I met at the front desk. But even though I had the air blasting in the room, it never really cooled, and it made for a slightly uncomfortable evening. But other than that, everything else is great. Safe and you can't beat the location. The location is everything."

"Enjoyed location (close to bus station and walkable to main attractions), clear instruction & good communication, ease of check in and locker facilities as well as other transport options. Didn’t enjoy nocturnal activity noise from adjacent room and doors slamming closed - would be beneficial to change room door lock system. Bed could also do with an upgrade /replacement. Springs were completely gone on one side which granted made it easy to roll out of bed! Trickier to stay in it though!...

"Excellent private room in this well-kept and modern hostel. Restaurant is adjacent to the lobby, so affordable meal options are easy. Very accommodating staff. Centrally located. The biggest issue was the blinking fire alarm, but that's not really an issue."

"Friendly staff, convenient location in the old town. Plenty of places to eat and drink close by. It was a 20 minute walk from the bus stop where the airport bus dropped us off but that isn't any fault of the hotel. Excellent place to stay and I would recommend it "

"No towels. Had to make bunk beds. Charged $99 for 4 so could have room to ourselves which made it more than a nice hotel with private bath. Nice view tho. "

"This was a very good budget option. A clean, comfortable room with everything we needed even a little fridge. Daily cleaning and lovely fresh towels. Really nice staff. It is in an area with supermarkets and cheap bars but you do need to walk to go to restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again."

"Very clean and comfortable rooms with great Egyptian cotyon sheets! Staff were also vety helpful and looked after the guests well. We were nit anle to try the restsurant however it had very good recommendations from the locals. Eould definutely recommend as a place to stay for comfortable couples break! "
