"My experience at Best Western Plus was great, the hotel was clean, when you walked it the scent was refreshing. Staff was helpful and nice. The breakfast was basic, normal American breakfast, love how you could of got coffee or tea 24 hours. They change our towels almost every day. My only problem was when you entered our room you got a wet scent but it wasn't throughout the room so it was nothing to complain about or cause any discomfort. Will definitely stay at BWP again. We stayed for 7...

"My stay at this hotel was excellent. The front desk staff were nice and helpful. After checking in and paying for vallet parking, the vallet guy helped me unload before taking my car. The breakfast was good and there was staff checking that the breakfast area was kept full and clean. I also liked the surrounding area of the hotel. It was nice to be able to get away from the city traffic and have a pleasant drive. Overall, the experience was a 10/10"

"Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The shuttle bus driver was friendly, helped with our luggage and even gave me a hand getting in and off the shuttle."

We checked in a little early and she held our luggages for us in the conference room while we waited for our room to be ready. "On Fri May 24th I arrived to the property around 4:00pm to check in, everything went well until 5:30pm, they booked a woman with a horrible barking dog in the room next to mine, this dog was barking nonstop for 4 hours, after my fourth complaint with front desk the dog was removed from the room around 9:30pm and taken to a back room, I thought everything was going to be okay, around 12:45am I was sleeping and the dog owner came to the room, she’s been out drinking and started screaming that she...

"I always enjoy staying at the Holiday Inn on 17th Street, it is conveniently located on the main bus route, as I do not drive overseas. The spa, shopping and dining are all within walking distance and I have considered it one of my homes away from home when I cannot get my timeshare closer to the beach. I will be back as long as there is availability and the rates remain reasonable."
