"I was not able to stay at this property as there is a self-check in but no one at Central City Apartments will answer messages or calls regarding how to check-in. I have asked Expedia for my money back since I literally could not get in to my room and had to get another hotel, but Expedia said they would have to call the property. "This was was the worst booking I have made. I made a booking and received the confirmation too. When I went to to the apartment location at the time of check in, I contacted the online agent to send me an access cod which was meant to b sent to me to enter the building and the room.
