"The hotel is ideally sited on the sea front for going to either of the beaches or the promenade. The hotel staff were very helpful and polite throughout our stay. The room was a good size, nice bathroom with walk in shower and very good air conditioning in the bedroom."

"It was a basic studio and was clean. Air con was good. Pool closes for 3 hours 2-5pm. Food in restaurant is very good and reasonable priced but for all the staff they have (5) service is terrible. I had to go bar and order in end as got sick of waiting even though it wasn’t busy. When we received meal i had to get up and ask for cutlery. No entertainment on night we stayed"

"The room was very spacious and cosy, the air conditioning was great too, very much needed. The balcony was a great size too and attracted a lot of sunshine in the afternoons with a nice view. The bed was quite uncomfortable as it was a sofa bed and an extra pillow per person would be needed as only one pillow each was given and the mattress was quite hard but slept well overall. There was no cleaning during our stay and no brush or cleaning products were provided and the floor became sandy after...

Cartagena is 10 minuutjes rijden, de plaats zelf heet La Palma (voer La Palma in in je navi). Pizzaria - Donnerzaak in het straatje zelf. Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel in het hotel. Bij mooi weer kun je lekker zitten op het binnenpplaatsje. Auto kun je prima parkeren in de straat zelf."
