"The hotel location is fantastic! Its right in the middle of everything; its 5mins or less from the old town, harbour, the main walk, beach, tram/ buses access. Loads of restaurants, cafes, etc around and shops. The hotel is very clean for the rating. Staffs are lovely and helpful apart from 1 lady. I was there lone, female but felt safe. Only negative. It is not noisy from the street but you can hear every noise from the other rooms. "

"Very small tight bathroom. Not good for big people or people who are mobility limited. Very helpful and friendly and enjoyable front desk folks. I would stay again on my own or with other able body companions. "

"We had a small issue with our room but it was dealt with quickly an moved us to a new room .staff are friendly .its very basic but if like us u only want it to sleep its just fine and worth it as was quite cheap"

"Because of language, took time before I entered, the room was excellent for the price and was right in town. There was no kettle, I missed that. It was February and in the 20s degrees. Breakfast was in a cafe 5 minutes away 3.5€. 8 minutes walking from the train station. 4.80€ to Alicante by train. Nice place to stop, very Spanish. "

"Nice hotel, basic, but more than adequate for an overnight stay before or after flying. The restaurant in the hotel looked great, and a fab atmosphere, but sadly we didn't have time to sample it. We found the public transport to and from the airport a nightmare to understand, so ended up getting a taxi both ways. It wasn't overly expensive but we'd have preferred to use the bus. Unfortunately the reception staff weren't very helpful (admittedly my Spanish is rubbish)"

"Amazing small B&B hotel Roof top terrace lovely to sit in Only problem we had was due our late arrival (after 1am) to hotel We found we could not gain entry even though 24hr reception. Advise in future to phone hotel ahead to gain a code for door entry. "

"Clean, easy check in, quiet sleep, working wifi, bathrooms and showers in good shape, lockers, shelf/storage and outlet at bed. Heat and aircon. The bed light is blinding and the common area is closed along with cafe/reception at night but it's a good location and a safe, comfortable stay. Plus an elevator so no taking the stairs!"

"Wanted to visit santa barbra castell, and a few other places, Mushroom street, 5 guys, posteget Beach. Room was on Location, stayed for 4 days, trouble free. Very Well kept place, I was polite and respectful of others, as everyone was to me. Great for solo travelers."
