"The entire property smelled like marijuana and the hotel is a place for the unhoused population to live. There were people in and out all night, very loud. The bathroom was also not clean. I did not feel comfortable. "

"You can never go wrong choosing a Holiday Inn Express. This one in Keene, NH was conveniently located, clean, and has plenty of parking. They offer a hot buffet breakfast which is very nice. The staff were all very professional and helpful especially Dylan the night manager. My only disappointment was the gym was closed for renovations. "

"Our room was half finished. Tv was not set up to use. Property staff was never around. No coffee pots in room or made in the office. Found out the town is using to place homeless people. Police and ambulance their twice in are 4 night stay. "
