When I switched rooms, my new room had a visibly unclean floor. There were multiple hairs in the bedding in each room. And the towels were all lightly stained. There was a thin layer of dust in every surface. "

Only thing I did not like about this hotel was the requirement that I go get any amenities myself from the lobby including laundry soap. Also, a bottle of water left in the room would have been appreciated after a long train ride and walk to the hotel "

"We stayed in this hotel 5yrs ago when we came for the world rugby cup in 2019. We loved it so much that we came back again. There is nothing changed. Well, it's improved since, can I say. We had a lovely surprise in the morning that they gave us more options on breakfast. We were both very pleased. The staff were very friendly as well. "

"Near train station which was nice. Is harder to find as it is inside of an overhang off the street. Once you find it its easy to navigate to as near main dinning and shopping area. I went during a slow time of year, but got a little street noise but not much. Good outlet and mini area for luggage. I had 3 bags (size of airplane carry on) and all fit under bed. In summer, the sleeping area might get a little stuffy as no vent, but if you have a mini fan this shouldnt be an issue. Receptionist...
