"The room was clean. The clientele for the price paid is rude, noisy, loud, and inconsiderate in the hallways. There was a mini split but no A/C controls. If I have to beg for a remote, you do not get credit for a/c with no way to turn it on. The neighborhood is EXTREMELY noisy due to the fact that windows had to be open due to lack of air conditioning. Location to the train station is great at about 4 blocks with a McDonalds on the way. "Hotel is located very close to the main Naples terminal with a lot of eating options close by. The hotel itself is very clean and maintained with one shared bathroom. The only issue I had was that there didn't seem to be quiet hours and the walls are very thin. If anyone is using the shared space at 1am like on my trip it does affect sleep."

"Traffic is absolutely horrendous. We booked this on the road and on line it listed when their front desk was opened. It stated to call directly to make arrangements outside of those hours. We arrived in those hours on a motorcycle and were concerned to leave it even for check in due to safety. The street sign on the front of the hotel was scary and it looked like a dump.
