"First of all. The staff. Was very good. They answered all my questions. And took care of all my needs. The hotel itself. Is an older hotel. It has a lot of problems. Cockroaches. Ant's. No T, VS in the room. No refrigerators in the room. No screens on the windows. No air con. The interior of the room looked very outdated, with a lot of patches on the walls and the ceilings uncared for. But overall? It was comfortable. The only amenities? Was hot water and coffee."
"Although hotel is old, it is
Conveniently located , have friendly staff and helpful. Shops and stores and church nearby.

"I had a very disappointing experience staying at this transient.
When we first checked in, there was a cockroach in our room, the room had a bad smell, and the water heater wasn’t working.they transfer us to another room, but unfortunately, the flush toilet and bidet in the new room were also not functioning properly.
The receptionist was not welcoming or friendly, which made the overall experience even worse.
Breakfast was scheduled to start at 8:30 AM, which is already quite late. To make...
"I suggest Orbitz would take this out. I called the property telling them that we will be checking in between 9:00-10:00 pm. He told me guard is 24 hrs. When we got there can't find it. Place was soo dark, no lights on. Called and looking for the place while on the phone. No guard ir caretaker, have to wait for 20 minutes. Just the entrance alone is soo dirty, rooms so smelly, not enough parking for 2 vehicles, I booked for 8 persons for 2 rooms. She was providing 1 bathroom and told me 1 booked...
"Picture didn’t align with room
Room was sold on to others before we arrived while we booked 3 hrs in advance. Chaos in Booking system.
New room was poor quality
We asked for broom to clean floor ourselves
Bathroom very small
No hot water
Person 5/6 had to sleep on matras on the ground while it is a 6 person room
overpriced for what you get.
Disappointing experience. Never had issues with agoda or hotels.com."
"The Morning View Resort Hotel was extremely disappointing and felt like a complete scam. The photos shown online were clearly outdated and did not reflect the actual condition of the property, supposedly because of the typhoon—but this was never disclosed to us beforehand. Had we known the real situation, we would never have booked this place.
Because of this, we were forced to move to another hotel and drive an additional 30 minutes, which was totally unexpected and very inconvenient,...
