"Traveling with my wife and two kids. Very old outdated property. During our stay, the water went out. The water have to be delivered to the hotel and pumped into water tanks. Then are not attached to city supply or have their own well. The pump burned out and no standby replacements. So we could not use the bathroom for anything. The door the bathroom is busted. The door frame is broken like someone kick it in. The hotel manager refused to refund our money when they had no other room to...

"It was an amazing place to stay, If i had to rate this place 1 out of 10.. I would rate it a 20.. It was one of my best place to stay in Asia. The owners are the best people and we became friends. They have a stove up stairs where you can cook dinner and I cooked them an Italian dinner. They cooked for me the next night. We drink wine and laughed all night. "The property and its staff members were superb! Staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond in terms of service provided. Facility is clean and well decorated. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Surrounding area can be noisy (roosters, construction, karaoke). Not exactly hostel’s fault but sometimes it can get a bit too much. Looking at local areas, I’d be surprised that you can find a lodging option that’s not plagued by noise pollution."

It’s a bit suburban but that made it all the more real and memorable bc staying here, one really feels the warmth of the Filipino people. Rooms are very spacious and well organized.
