If you love feeling the energy of a city then this is the location for you as the rooms overlook one of the liveliest parts of the Old Town. You are within walking distance of major attractions, shops and restaurants. Playa Malagueta is a quick 10 minute walk and there is also a taxi rank around the corner from the hotel. If you are a light sleeper this may not be for you as Malaga is a lovely town that goes late into the night....

"Typical Ibis Budget Hotel, 15 mins walk from Bus and Train Station and 10 mins walk over the river bed to the centre. Breakfast was basic but plentiful. Room was basic but clean with a comfy bed and great shower. All good for me. And all the staff were lovely and friendly. "

"What a gem!! Sparkling clean and friendly staff. Less than 10min walk to El Balcon de Europa and beach. Surrounded by good restaurants. 5min walk to the bus stop. Bed was a bit on the firm side but we didn’t mind. Very good value! Highly recommended!!!"

"This hotel was in the most beautiful location in the main square in Nerja. Our room had the most amazing view across the square to the sea . The room was very tired and needed some updating."

"The room was not a pictured, with no headboard and no bedside table with lamps. No picture on wall. Only one pillow. Very basic. Very noisy air conditioning unit. Would be useful to have some hooks to hang up damp towels as nowhere to put them. Shelfs would have been useful to prevent using the floor for everything. The main door did not have a dampner on it so very very noisy during the night. Clean bathroom with a constant supply of toilet paper but with no shower gel. Perfect location."

"Terrible. Worst night of my life. Cheap windows fitted to the outside balcony to create more space in the rooms, but you can hear all the traffic below from the busy main road ALL night and day. No sleep whatsoever. Cables hanging every where in the room. Shared toilet with the whole floor. Never again. Avoid at all cost. £75/night in May. Really"
