"The hotel is located in a shopping mall and the property is NOT visible from any road. No sign pointing to the hotel either. Very hard to find the hotel. The room is clean and everything worked. No house keeping for the 3 days we stayed. All meals must be pre-purchased. "

"Good location for a short walk in to Oxford. Ideal for a few days away with plently to do in Oxford. We stayed in the studio at the back which looked out on the garden, had a small kitchen, and a bath. Would reccomend staying in either of the back rooms which have outside seating. You can hear people coming and going, and doors as they are heavy in the property, but this did not affect our stay or disturb my sleep. This might be because we stayed at the back of the property on the lower ground...

"Never could figure out how to get into the bar/restaurant below -- I'm not sure it was even open? So we never saw any other people/staff. But the room was very nice and comfortable. There are a lot of stairs to get to the rooms, so be prepared for that."

"I would really recommend this pub for your stay in Oxford. The room I had was decent and the food i ate both in the evening (it has a predominant seafood menu with specials) and breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even when they were busy. "
