"Prima hotel voor kort verblijf. Ramen kunnen niet open waardoor het ook wat muffig ruikt. Personeel heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ook met vegans wordt rekening gehouden. Goede sport- en sauna voorziening."
"Overall great for the price and nice room BUT - in the morning the kitchen was not opened at the designated time. I waited an hour then had to leave without breakfast. Very annoying"
"Staff was helpful and kind. A different kind of accomodations, on school grounds, in a dorm, but very relaxing and clean. Good for a peak into the culture there in Kiruna. Nice breakfast. Room was large
e
nough and had a TV with You Tube."
"Enjoyed staying in the igloo. Staff very helpful. Used a great local taxi (arranged by reception) to get around as uber declined to pick us up. There’s not much to do in the immediate vicinity but easy to get to Santa village and town centre.
We stayed when there was no snow and snow hotel was not built, so will return in the snowy season to see it."
"This hotel is a must especially if you arrive by rail or bus. It's located in between the bus and rail station. The hotel is so welcoming, rooms and are sparkling clean ,spacious and includes kitchen amenities. There is a small minimart close to hotel and the larger grocery store is a 10min walk. The breakfast is wonderful. Staff is friendly and helpful."
"I had a wonderful and excellent stay here. A simple and rustic accommodation, an old minors hut, basic, but very comfortable, clean and warm.
Excellent and polite staff, always with smile and happy to help.
I will stay here again when I return."
"Hotelli voi huoneiltaan olla hiukan vanhahtava, mutta kaikki toimi erinomaisesti! Aamupala oli erinomainen ja allergiat ja erityisruokavaliot huomioitu suorastaan loistavasti. Palvelulle täysi kymppi!"
