"The staff were kind and helpful. No complaints there. Facilities were pretty bad. Key card didn’t work on entrance by room/car for unloading. The rolling cart fell apart and was pretty unusable The worst thing however was my toilet didn’t flush, was overflowing and couldn’t be fixed on the morning of my departure as I was trying to pack and go. (Stayed one night) So couldn’t shower, had to use the lobby bathroom, had to be admitted by front desk, no soap in the restroom. Management offered to...
