"Staff nice , hotel showing its age but I think that’s everywhere in Japan . Boot room was in the basement which was a bit of a pain . The room we had do have a nice view to the mountains . The restaurant was actually nice even if it looked like a brightly lit sports bar "

"Decent sized room for two people, property was nice and quiet while we were there. You can reserve the large bathtub they have in the basement if you want access to a private bathing experience and their were plenty of public onsen or bathhouses in the surrounding neighbourhoods. "

"Communication: easy to communicate with the owners via whatsapp prior to our arrival and once we were there to organise shuttles etc. Staff: whilst we were there, the owners were away however Alex looked after all of our requests.
