"The location is nice, about a 10-minute walk from the main bus and island ferry terminals. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet, but still features some pretty tasty local restaurants and a convenience store nearby. The service is limited in some ways (reception hours, etc as stated in advance) but very friendly and responsive. The room seemed in good condition, and a solid value for the price. "It’s pretty clear that this hotel/staff didn’t care at all about guest situation. Zero empathy, zero omoiyari, zero hospitality. They don’t tolerate late check in even for just about 20 minutes late after 9PM. My plane arrived 25 minutes late and they just didn’t care at all. Unbelievable."

"Great cabin to stay with my family. Staff are super friendly. The cabin was comfortable and very clean. They had a full kitchen, a washer, fridge, microwave, and rice cooker. We walked to the beach which is a couple minute walk. There is a space in front to park your car. There is a loft to fit more people (we traveled with 6 adults). Quiet and peaceful neighborhood away from the city center. Great view of the stars at night in the beach."
