"The pictures are not a true reflection of this property. It has the potential to be a very lovely hotel but it is run down and falling apart.
The rooms were dirty especially the bathroom. There wasn't a mosquito net for the bed.
Service for breakfast was very slow.
The pool looks like it needs a good clean. I couldn't even get into it. "
"Property was beautifully kept and maintained, it was also spotlessly clean. Staff were lovely and very helpful with a great level of English. Then there was the breakfast, or Bregustation, event. This is delicious and a unique offering in a city of uniqueness, do build time in for this if you stay there. If you are staying elsewhere in Galle or the area, it is well worth booking in and paying extra for, all courses hand prepared to order and full of taste and meaning. Thoroughly recommended!!"
