"Overall, the property was in good condition. The rooms were clean and in proper working condition. The staff were helpful and mindful. The elevators were fast and efficient. Sadly at check-in, there was only one person at the front desk and a line going to the front entrance. A second person would have been helpful. "The property is in need of repair and general maintenance. Housekeeping is marginal. Staff is marginal. A strange person staying there a few doors down from us was walking around out back near our car mumbling to himself and wouldn’t respond to us. Not a pleasant stay!!"

"We love this place because it is affordable and great people work there. It is not a luxurious place it is a place to sleep that is clean. It does have a pool but no hot tub. It is a great place for the prize we have stayed 3 times and will keep staying there in the future because our parents live near by."

"Beautiful property! The area surrounding was spectacular with its fall colors. We can't wait to come back and stay a bit longer and explore more. The beds were quite comfortable; absolutely amazing vintage experience through out the hotel."
