"The place is outdated. A/C is too noisy. Bathroom conditioner is too noisy."

"Room out dated. Stayed 3 nights an no hotel room cleaning for the 3 nights. Only had 2 medium towles in the room for the bath room."

"Honestly this is a great hotel if your going to universal, it is extremely close and you get a nice room along with it. The environment might look a little concerning but I’d come here for a weekend in Orlando"

"All excellent"

"Good for one night. Breakfast is basic."

"I was unexpectedly surprised with how great this stay was. It’s a wonderful location, shuttle service available and very close to all the parks if driving. Breakfast was available daily. Rooms were always clean and had no issues. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was nicely maintained. I would definitely stay again"
