"We stayed for 17 days. The listing states "ski in / ski out access". This is untrue. The property is a 15 minute walk from the hotel. There are portions of the walk that are unsafe if there is snow in the side of the roads, busses and traffic have to stop and go around pedestrians. The ski shuttle stop is at the resort. Uber/Taxi was 12 USD one way at the time of our stay/this review. There is no breakfast or food whatsoever at this hotel. There is one microwave for the entire hotel. It was...

"Fueron muy amables, nos gusto mucho el lugar, esta limpio pero el lugar en si descuidado.la madera en mal estado. La ubicacion buenisima"

"The room was clean and suitable for a week stay in Hakuba. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the Hotel was well located to enjoy the amenities in Echoland. The shuttle services to all the ski resorts are nearby which made it easy for my first time skiing in Hakuba. "

"Great slice of cabin in the woods humble abode. Clean and warm. You will need a car with AWD and snow tires if visiting in the winter. Beware though, there are monkeys in the woods and they come out in the warm late afternoon. While they're incredible to see, they're smart so keep your food close, snap some pictures and steer clear of them. "

"I would avoid staying here unless nothing else is available. It was very expensive for the condition and cleanliness of the hotel room. The shower had mold on the ceiling, walls, in the fan vent, and on the curtain. There was dust and debris indicating the room isn't dusted or vacuumed much, if at all. At $500 a night it was not worth the money. The hotel overall was in need of maintenance and cleaning. The onsen was amazing and clean. The staff was very friendly! The location is fantastic...

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff is wonderful, kind, and very helpful for getting around Hakuba! It’s very close to Goryu and several restaurants. They also serve dinner and breakfast there if you don’t want to go out, and the food truck outside is a big plus. It was great to have a quiet accommodation near the slopes. The dry room has a spot to place your ski equipment as well. "
