"Outside: The curbing and walks were literally falling apart. Inside: The clerk demanded verification of my service dog that the law says I do not have to provide. The carpets in the hallways are dirty, stained and smell bad. There was no coffee made for guests as was stated on a sign at the counter.
In the two nights I was there, I only saw 3 cars/trucks besides mine. I guess others knew what I found out the hard way...DON'T go there ever again!"

"The room looked clean, but the AC system had something dead inside of it. When we turned it yo heat at night, all you could smell was something dead blowing out of it.
As far as staff , they were non existant. There were drug deals going on in the parking lot, and seemed to be a hooked or two in one of the rooms as men were going in and out of it at all hours.
Ambulance showed up and took out an individual who had clearly Overdosed on something. The place looks nice from the outside, but is...
"What a cute place! Very clean and adorable themed room! Breakfast was fresh and filling. Awesome location to walk out and hop on a boat tour!

"We were upgraded to a family room with two queen beds, and lots of space for our luggage. Although dated, the room and bathroom were clean. It was quiet at night, with no road noise. The outside security lights were very bright, and I would’ve liked black out curtains to block the light. The staff were very helpful with directions and information."
"There were no coffee makers or microwaves in the room. They were getting new refrigerators but they weren't in yet but for some reason they took out the Best Western refrigerators without waiting for the new ones to come.
This hotel is no longer a Best Western, instead it is Spark by Hilton. There is no longer a hot breakfast. Instead they have a bagel bar. The bagel bar was good if you like bagels. Aside from that, there was oatmeal some cereal and a machine that spit out vanilla yogurt....
