"The hotel and my room were great - basic and small but had everything I needed. The area was very convenient to walk to shops and restaurants. It was noisy due to street activity. Nice place, I would stay again."

"The shower drain was clogged. The water didn't flow and it was dirty. The electricity in my room was out so I asked for it to be fixed but they said it wouldn't be fixed until the next day I was in trouble so I asked if I could change rooms, but they said it was not possible as they were fully booked. I checked the website and the room was available. I realized this was a lie, so I asked for a refund and was given a different room. This is the worst reaction I have ever experienced."

"Large, comfy room close to the airport. The host was very friendly and the evening meal and breakfast were very nice. No mosquito net on the bed but it wasnt needed. Hotel arranged a transfer for us to the hotel the next day for our flight. "

"I spent a month at Maison Lovasoa and the hotel is located in a very quiet peaceful area surrounded by a lot of traffic and chaos which is Tana. The staff was wonderful and they were the best part of my stay. The hotel itself is quite old but it has been kept up and for me was the Maison Lovaosa was the ideal place to spend my time while visiting."
