"Pros: Location and price were great. The bed was comfortable. Floors in rooms were NOT carpeted. Cons: Carpets on stairs very old and appeared dirty Air Conditioning was a window unit over the head of the bed, worked ok but not great Bathroom window did not lock and being on 2nd floor, that did not feel safe Toilet did not flush, opened tank and it was a brand new toilet , so that was a major problem, had to manually connect the chain any time I wanted to flush . "We arrived and we were given keys for a double bedroom. We went back to the concierge and were told that the King sized bedroom that we RESERVED was given to other people, and that this was the only room left. We decided to stay since it was late and we were tired. When I was given a parking permit, and took it to our car, my wife stayed at the reception area. A man came in asking for a room, and she offered him one, which tells you that she was lying about giving us the only room left. The...

"The staff behind the front desk was terrible. The woman working on Friday May 22nd morning yelled at me when I tried to ask a question. There was no one in from of me and she refused to look up so I said Excuse me and she snapped “wait your turn” Terrible service"

"Breakfast was good. Room was not cleaned properly. Bathroom has molds."

"The room was clean but the sheets and towels could’ve been washed better. There were a couple of stains and someone’s hair ball on the towel that hadn’t been used. As two women traveling alone I didn’t feel very safe."

"The room was very clean. Many parking spaces. The breakfast offered a wide variety for different tastes. The staff was very helpful twice when my key deactivated. The fitness center was very clean with multiple pieces of exercise equipment. It was a close walk to the metro station which was very convenient for our needs. "Tgis is not a hotel, they dont do house keeping unless you ask for and they do it once a week, Workers park in their parking every night drinking laughing and making noise, my experience was terrible"
