"This property is listed on multiple sites. I messaged the host several times as VRBO suggested, seeking check in details like a front door code. The host did not respond, but instead canceled out reservation at about 11:45 the night before we were due to check in. Once midnight hit, there were no comparable properties in the area offering same day check in. VRBO customer service couldn't hasten our refund or find any hotels with availability. "We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful house on Anna Maria Island! It was impeccably cleaned and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of space for our large family to relax and enjoy. The location truly couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach and a short walk to charming coffee shops, stores, and everything else we needed. The thoughtful design and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. "

"Served us well. Chairs not all that comfortable and a 10 digit entry code seems over the top. However, location was great for our nostalgic return to AMI and the week was delightful. "

The one major thing I would make known are the laundry room code..we did not have access to the room for laundry or beach items, we had the door opened for us when we went to get the beach items the door was locked again"
