"Бронировали трёхместный номер.Заселили в бункер((( без окон,воды горячей не было. Приехали рано,наблюдали подготовку номера к проживанию: парень пару раз махнул веником и готово! Попросили за доплату повысить категорию номера,но свободных не оказалось. Пришлось мыться в душе у бассейна. На следующий вечер прошли просить починить нам душ. "Horrible disgusting property. False Check-in time (site says 2pm but was informed 3pm). Messed up my reservation so had a different room that was smaller. Staff blamed Expedia, but that’s very hard to believe especially since Expedia has been top notch with my reservation requests with no issues. Toilet had no toilet seat, shower had exposed electrical wire and felt absolutely disgusting and dirty. Super hot and humid with weak AC. Extra bed is just a very thin mattress on the floor. "The staff and their willingness to help us in any way was exceptional.. They all were extremely kind and went out of their way to help us with transportation, help finding places,to go see , and breakfasts were ready at our preferred time each morning and with a greeting and smiling face.. rooms were comfortable and clean but The TV could be in a better spot for viewing if you plan to watch anything .. "No generator incase of power failure, no emergency light , and the internet is always disconnected no hot water in the shower."

"Horrible parking Man, we pulled up Friday morning to this motel and quickly decided to abandon the paid reservation without bothering to go inside. The place is right in the middle of a town, with a gated area that might have had one or two cars inside with very little space to park our rental car. I mean you could part in front if there weren't two cars already blocking off a good portion of the street. But not in a rental car in the Philippines where there is no car rental ...

"The rooms are quite small but have a fan and an A/C and the bed is comfortable. The bathrooms are clean. I wouldn’t say it’s a social hostel but to relax and have a it of time for yourself it’s great. The owners are great: friendly and helpful. Great location, close to restaurants, cafes and the big mall. I really enjoyed my stay here and would come again!"
