"I did not stay here. It is a lone motel, not near the clusters of other local hotels, next to an adult store. All of the reviews are excellent, including from solo Women travellers lol seriously? I suggest the neighbouring shop ( literally steps away) is shown in the photos so that families are aware."

"1. Upon arrival, valet service was unavailable. When I called reception for guidance, I was directed to park in a random parking garage nearby. As a guest unfamiliar with the area, I had to walk alone for approximately 10 minutes at night carrying my belongings, which felt unsafe and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. 2. The hotel had run out of drinking water entirely. No bottled water was available anywhere. I have honestly never experienced a hotel being unable to provide basic drinking water to guests. 3. The guests in the room next door woke me up at 2:49 AM due to an extremely loud conversation. The walls are so thin it sounded as though they were inside my room. I recorded a video with a timestamp where the entire conversation can clearly be heard. The noise continued for roughly 30 minutes, stopped briefly, and then started again before 4:00 AM. I ultimately left the hotel as early as possible with a migraine because I could no longer rest. 5. The experience was so poor that I would genuinely rather sleep in my car than stay at this hotel again. 6. I expressed my concerns at checkout and was told the message would be relayed to a manager. I never heard from anyone afterward, which only reinforced how little concern there seems to be for guest experience. 7. Lastly, the staff throughout the stay came across as unfriendly and completely indifferent to whether guests were taken care of."
