"Our room was okey but not clean, only thing inside the room was two bag of tea and 2 bottle of water. In the evening we saw they enter our tent without permission, its not housekeeping or anything. Why? At dinner we had our meat really raw, which we wanted medium rare and we wanted to recook it but until they saw us in our table it was 15 min passed anyway, the rest was cold. In the breakfast, chairs even was really dirty. We did not enjoy it. All camp area is full of kittens, Cats and dogs...
"The hotel arranged a taxi to collect us from Marrakech for 400MAD which was so helpful. We were greeted by such friendly staff and had a tea in the earing area with an incredible mountain view. Our room was basic but lovely, had everything we needed and plenty of blankets. We had an amazing dinner at the riad in the eating area with a lovely fire. The breakfast was great as well. One of our party is a coeliac and the riad were super accommodating. They also had a filter tap to refill bottles....
"We stayed there for three nights with our 12yers old dauther and even she liked it and was happy there.
When we arriwed and they found that our booked room is already occupied, they gave as four room roof apartment with doors directly to 100m2 terrace with mountain wiew.
When we wanted meals during the day we just told them time for our lunch or dinner.
Meals were delicious,not cheap but for fair money."
