"The lodging cottages were fantastic. However the management of the overall facility was seriously lacking continuity. At checking in we were informed of all eating facilities on site but not told that reservations were required to the restaurant and the main family friendly dining area (the Buffet ) was not open. When we inquired at the front desk about the buffet they had no idea that it was closed so also have to wonder if they knew that a reservation was required for the main restaurant. So...

"The reception desk staff exhibited unfriendly behavior and displayed irritated expressions. The breakfast menu was severely restricted. The lobby emanated an unpleasant odor reminiscent of sewage. After lodging a complaint with the front desk, they confirmed that the foul smell originated from their sewer system, which was a well-documented issue for the establishment. The parking area lacked a sense of security due to its proximity to the street."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the property was in extreme disrepair. I was afraid some crumbling plaster over our bed was going to fall on me during the night. There were few outlets. The concrete on the walkway to the room was crumbling and dangerous. I don’t know how this properly could pass an inspection. There were few amenities. On the plus side the air conditioning worked well."
