"Great location and accomodations. Bed was very comfortable. Property was exceptionally clean. Service was difficult in the mornings because sane person was running the cafe and front desk so he had to keep running back and forth. He did a great job given the circumstances and was very pleasant.Wish the cafe was open every evening for those guests who are staying during the week. Nice place to finish the day. Alex was a great bartender. Overall great stay."

"This is a great small family owned motel right in town in Montauk. The rooms are all recently renovated with eclectic furniture, high end parachute bed lines, in room microwave & fridge. We stayed in the standard queen, which is on the smaller side but has a small table and chairs, dresser & plenty of space for 2 people. The bathrooms have a large stand up shower & public goods bath products. The pool deck is large (but closed for winter in April). Our favorite part was the courtyard area with...

"There is no receptionist therefore getting a hold of people if you need something is difficult. Overall stay was a pleasure. Resturant next to hotel becomes fun for going out at night so you have to enjoy music as you can hear a little of it from the room."
