"Excellent location, and plenty of space for our group of 3. Bedding and towels were clean and fresh. The table and countertops were not clean, but we had packed some Lysol wipes and cleaned it ourselves (there were also cleaning products in the apartment). We enjoyed the breeze from the window, nice view. Not noisy at night, we rested well. It was a short walk from the train station, and a short walk to the harbor area."

I spoke to the person who was cleaning it and was told his company had taken over it few weeks before due to the last company not doing the job properly. "The place is new inside. Has a new bathroom and kitchen. A sofa bed and the bed are on the smallish side but comfortable. The living space consists of a single room with a bedroom surrounded by glass. It is cozy and practical. It is at the center of everything and we never needed public transport inside the city. "We liked the location very much. The layout was perfect for two couples. The view was great. Some maintenance is needed—-missing knobs on cabinet, paint needed on some walls and doors. A tea kettle would have been very appreciated and a coffee maker or press would also have been nice. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and in the cabinets. The bathroom was good. Linens were clean and beds comfortable. Outdoor furniture very tatty. If we stay in Bergen again, we’d try somewhere else."
