"I stayed here because it was much cheaper than the place I usually stay. On family weekend at SFA, the hotels jack the prices way up. For what I paid, this was a great value. The room was clean and quiet and I just needed one night. Was it the sexiest hotel in town? No. But it did the job and I would go back, so I guess that’s a win. "

"Outside of hotel is a little run down so was worried when I first arrived. However the inside of rooms have been recently updated and were very nice. New vinyl flooring and room was very clean. Great water pressure in shower/tub combo and mattress was firm. Great location next to shopping and nice restaurants. "

"Easy check-in, check-out. I did miss the other chair that was shown in the picture. Even for 2 people another chair is needed. We had an ironing table but no iron. But there were positives and we’d stay again."

"Prior to booking here we booked at the another motel 6 in the same town , it was disgusting. Could not stay there and the motel 6 SFA university was accommodating and very clean "

"Check in was great, the hall entering the rooms had a musty odor. Our room was stuffy because a/c wasn't cooling. The host moved us to a bigger room and was much better, but the tv didn't work, (maybe batteries), I woke up with water standing in the bathroom, it rained that night but could not tell where the water was coming from. No shampoo etc in the rooms, you have to ask for it at the front desk. You could hear the neighbors next door talking till 2:00 am. Overall, wasn't terrible, but...

"Quick overnight stay. The room was spotless. The mini fridge also had a separate freezer so I was able to freeze my water bottles. That's unusual. Its also why I gave a higher rating. I was disappointed that they did not offer a continental breakfast. But overall, I had a comfortable bed in a clean room and bathroom with a working air conditioner, so I slept great which is all that's needed for an over night stop."
