The staff made the experience even better. They were friendly and helpful from check-in onward. They recommended some great places to visit nearby and even arranged a taxi service for me, which made getting around effortless.

"My husband and I stayed 3 nights and we had a wonderful stay. The staff is friendly, polite and very helpful. A big thank you to Roberta at front desk who helped us and gave great advice on where to go eat and visit. Breakfast was top notch as well. Just perfect to start your day! It is a family owned hotel and they take so much pride in their property and you can tell. About a 8 minute walk to the city center so convenient no car needed. We loved everything and wish we could stay longer. ...

"La camera ampia e confortevole televisore gigante i miei figli contenti perché c'erano i mondiali, la pulizia mi ha un po' deluso capelli nel bagno e purtroppo le formiche. Il personale è stato però gentilissimo ha risposto subito al nostro problema e ha cercato di risolvere. Un punto a favore la posizione centralissima. Nel complesso tutto sommato non male ..... Migliorerei la pulizia . Colazione nella norma cose confezionate ma i bar cmq sono molto vicini. Lo consiglio solo per poche notti noi...
"Das Ehepaar, welches das kleine Hotel betreibt ist unheimlich süß und gehört zu den Menschen, die einfach ehrlich herzlich sind. Sie bereiten morgens das Frühstück vor, was aus Kuchen, süßem Gebäck, Brötchen, Salami, Käse, Prosciutto, Marmelade, Honig und Nutella..... besteht. Kaffee nach Wahl, sowie verschiedene Fruchtnektare und frisches regionales Obst. Wir hatten ein Seitenzimmer, welches zwar keinen Blick aufs Meer hatte, allerdings akkurat sauber war und ein modernisiertes Bad hatte....
"The receptionists were unfriendly and unkind, especially, a female staff. Only the elderly man who served us at breakfast was friendly. The French window does not open well, and the door of the toilet does not shut well. We will not recommend this hotel to my friends. As to location, we could walk to the nearest supermarket."
"Right on the Strait of Messina. Close to Lago Gazirri. Owner lives in the property. Getting to the place can be challenging; streets have different names on different maps. Also the streets are extremely narrow and hard to negotiate even in a small car."
