"We had a wonderful stay at Bellevall Hotel in Aspe! We spent two nights here, and thanks to Yolanda and Elias, it turned into an unforgettable experience. "No wifi in rooms and only in reception.. bar and restaurant closed most evenings .. pool closed .. Access to wifi was a real problem for me and needing to sit in reception to do my work was very inconvenient. Furniture in rooms very uncomfortable.. Located in a good area but this time of the year most places are closed "

"The hotel is ideally sited on the sea front for going to either of the beaches or the promenade. The hotel staff were very helpful and polite throughout our stay. The room was a good size, nice bathroom with walk in shower and very good air conditioning in the bedroom."

"It was a basic studio and was clean. Air con was good. Pool closes for 3 hours 2-5pm. Food in restaurant is very good and reasonable priced but for all the staff they have (5) service is terrible. I had to go bar and order in end as got sick of waiting even though it wasn’t busy. When we received meal i had to get up and ask for cutlery. No entertainment on night we stayed"

"Incorrect information shared about the deposit between booking emails and then arriving to check in. Rooms were nice and fresh but missing a lot of basics for a self catering room with cooking facilities. Beds were like wooden boards and had no comfort whatsoever. Noise between rooms was unbearable and had no sound protection, especially with an over noisy neighbour "
