"We stayed in the Inn side of the property. The room was recently renovated and was spotless. We only stayed one night to attend a concert. Conveniently located to the Bank of NH Pavillion. Super quiet and comfortable beds."

"Nice location, quiet, very clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast, helpful staff. It's somewhat in the burbs so you need to go downtown for food and entertainment, but it's a nice town with some good food options."

"My issue was not with this property. They were lovely. My issue is with Expedia. I booked a two Queen bed room and we got a King bed with a pullout couch. When I went back to the front desk they told me "that is because I booked with Expedia and that is what they do." Not sure how that is even legal. Never booking with Expedia again!"

"We had a good stay, the shower head was horrible and could use replacing. Other than that we had the stay we expected. Minus the waffle maker shown in the breakfast picture. "

"Location, location, location. If you're attending the Laconia Motorcycle Rally, Weirs Beach Motel and Cottages is great. Easy walk to restaurants, bars, rally events, etc. Easy check-in and check-out. Room was very clean and Carrie tries to accommodate everyone's wishes. This is our second time staying here and we'll be back again."

"Absolutely gorgeous, the view alone was worth the price. While the rooms could use some updating they were comfortable, clean, and most of all quiet. I literally walked to most places from my hotel room. Its location is also perfect for use as a staging area for visiting other locations nearby. I will be going again for nice weekend trips in the future"

"Nice gardens and gazebo. Convenient to a number of restaurants, and especially to Weirs Beach, where the train and Mt Washington boat leave from. Room was updated, WiFi was very good. Bathroom was tiny but clean. A very cute motel. "
