Tye staff are friendly and cooperative

I came to Cairo for work and training. Longchamp, particularly the terrace, was a wonderful oasis of peace after my busy days. I would highly recommend staying here. The staff were friendly and very attentive. They room and all common areas were very clean. Breakfast had a good variety and the location is perfect! It is a very short walk from the Green Line metro, on a popular street for restaurants and shopping, and very accessible by car.

The staff went out of their way to look after me - even letting me know which places offered beer with meals during their month of Ramadan!

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Its location is excellent, for me, it is clean with nice furniture. However, the check-out procedure is strange , the keep guests waiting until some one goes up to check the room and gives clearance to to the receptionist to release the guest with a written paper to the security at the exit door !!!

Great clean rooms, fully equipped, helpful staff, close to attractions.

…

The rooms are in excellent condition, and the staff are friendly and always willing to help. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in downtown Cairo.

Mr. Taha the front desk manager was just a very nice guy, room was clean and very nice. I will check again in this property next time in Cairo for sure.

Great

I had a great stay at Zamalek House Hotel. The location is one of the best thing, right in Zamalek and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. I enjoyed being able to walk around the neighborhood. It’s pretty safe. The room was clean, simple, comfortable, and the hotel was a great base for exploring Cairo. The staff were friendly and helpful. I got a red eye flight, arrived early for the check in, and they helped me to get a room. Overall, Zamalek House...

The apartment was fantastic. The view from the balcony was spectacular overlooking the Nile.. the apartment was clean and the cleaning services are great. Mohammed Ahmad was the guy in charge of the apartment during my stay there and he was absolutely amazing. He provided great assistance. The location of the apartment is perfect. I will definitely be staying there again and I will be sending other others to stay there as well.

An absolute standout stay! The entire property is sparkling clean, modern, and relaxing. Check-in was effortless, the bed was ultra-comfortable, and the Wi-Fi and amenities worked without a hitch. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more enjoyable experience—10/10 recommendation!

Mohamed was amazing and very welcoming. From the time we showed up to making dinner for us both nights it was amazing. Rooms were very clean,l and the entire staff was exceptional!!!

The owner made sure that his guests felt welcome and comfortable. Was helpful in arranging tours and transportation. The outside of the building is average, but the room was very clean. It was an excellent deal for the money spent.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, and I loved the view of the pyramids. The breakfast was very varied and delicious ♥️

Perfect stay

Staff is super friendly and rooms are clean

Nice kitchen and great common area. The staff was amazing and took good care of me. Excellent location. AC in rooms runs without gatekeeping. Privacy curtains. Lots of showers and bathroom. Needs a deep clean like most busy places and the AC s do need service as the could be much colder. I do recommendthis hostel .
