"The person at the counter was pleasant. The room could have been more clean. The towels were black not white. The pool was dirty and i highlu doubt that anyone uses that pool. I have toddler that wanted to get it. So disappointed. The environment was not as shown on the website and pictures. I would not stay there again."

"When we checked in, the shower rod in our bathroom was already broken. A maintenance worker came and fixed it, but later that night it broke again and crashed down with a very loud noise. The next morning, when I tried to take a shower, there was no hot water at all. I contacted the front desk, and they informed me that maintenance would not be available until 9:30 AM. They also said there were no spare rooms available where we could shower and get ready. Overall, this was a very frustrating...

"The photos didn’t match the actual room, and the hotel was under renovation without any prior notice. I also had to deal with noise from the renovation during my stay. Additionally, the hotel is currently in a transition phase and using a different name than the actual property name, which was confusing"
