Plenty of empty rooms where they could’ve located us somewhere much quieter. In all fairness to the property the staff were extremely obliging and friendly but bed so unbelievably uncomfortable but for the price we paid it was a fantastic value break to a little hotel which was clean presentable with a full breakfast...

"Is beautiful place I stayed for 6 days the cleaners never changed the bed sheets but they were very friendly on when I went to the receptionist to give them the keys the receptionist wanted me to pay again for the room I told her I pay already on the day I arrived she was rude to who, when I told her to check on the computer or on the file she was like no you didn’t pay I had to show her my bank app on my phone I said look dassia beach hotel took the money in my account and then she checked on...

"Generally everything was good, Breakfast was extensive and varied. Pool was very good with plenty of room. Lacation vert central to whole of Ipsos sea front. Beds uncomfortable and shower was broken."

This was the most unhelpful and unfoexible hotel we have ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with… plus they just ignore communication and are overall very very unhelpful. Unfortunately we had 2 family bereavements within a short space of time which meant we looked at trying to move our room to a different date… as we did want to go to the hotel but had to cancel flights and basically couldn’t turn up to the hotel because of this. "The cleaning lady was in every day including Sundays, the sheets and towels changed every 2 days. The place is perfect and right in the centre of Acharavi, the owner Yannis and the communication are first class, a nice welcome breakfast pack and free safety deposit box, the decor throughout the apartment block and rooms is stunning as are the pool and gardens."
