The family owned and operated hotel was so much fun with its whimsical, artistic decor built around the legacy of Prince Carl and his dog. The top floor, three bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of two children, parents and grandparents. "Lovely place in a quiet location next to farmland. Road is across the adjacent cornfield but it didn't disturb us. We had the upstairs section with large balcony to ourselves. Self serve breakfast was good. Area to dine outside is pleasant. Hosts are very welcoming. Would stay here again when visiting Tomelilla."

"Die Lage ist direkt am Strand ist einzigartig. Das Grundstück ist riesig und die Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen sind toll - man kann alles benutzen. Ideal, wenn man beide Zimmer mietet, da man dann das Häuschen für sich hat. Ansonsten fände ich es etwas unangenehm, sich Bad und Küchenzeile mit jemand anderem teilen zu müssen. Des weiteren ist das Frühstück bei schlechtem Wetter im Zimmer auch weniger angenehm. Die Austattung ist OK aber einfach - über einen Fernseher hätten wir uns noch gefreut....

"This place requires you to call them if you will arrive later than 6 pm. The owners live there but have other things in the area they do. If you call, and they don't answer, leave a message. As an American traveler, I did not have mobile phone service in Sweden. But with my mobile device, was able to call them via Skype once I got wifi service. Very nice owners.
