"This property is a scam. We booked and paid for 3 rooms thru Expedia. When we arrived they only have one room for our reservation. They want to push us to stay at their other property. Their other property is dirty and small. We flew thousands of miles to experience a homestay in the beautiful Sapa rice fields. Being weekend all the nice home stays were all booked. We had to hire a taxi to take back into town to find a decent hotel. I have never give any hotel a bad review. I don’t want anyone...

Accueil et service au top, le propriétaire est très serviable, les plats servis sont très très généreux, et les prix bien accesible. Nous étions bien au calme et nous avons fait de belles rencontres. "Rooms are not the ones we booked and payd for via Expedia. Official hotel prices are much lower in VND. Very friendly man at our reception! Room small, but OK and clean. Good bed, hot water and aircon/heating. Elevator. No restaurant, no tour booking, no breakfast, no information on anything. No money changer.
